For the demolition of structure(s), and clean-up of area at the following location(s): · (Tree House) 1128 S Jackson Ave · 1518 S. Sergeant · 1501 E. Hill Street · 1109 S. Moffet Ave · 815 S. Ohio Ave Specifications are on file in the office of the Planning & Community Development Manager, 602 S. Main Street 4th Floor.  Bids must be in the hand of the Planning & Community Development department on or before 10:00 A.M. on Friday, October 17, 2025.  The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri.   The Planning & Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
