• Summary DPR is soliciting proposals for occupancy of Globeville Recreation Center for community use and programming for people of all ages.

The City and County of Denver Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals related to utilizing and providing programming for youth, young adults, adults, and active older adults at the Globeville Recreation Center facility located at 4496 Grant St, Denver, CO, 80216. The facility is to be used and occupied by a single provider or collection of providers, and will meet the needs of the community by providing community services and programming, and maintaining an active, integral part of the area. The facility will be available for use around January 2026, and the contract term will be for a total of three (3) years.
