Description: The Town of Douglas seeks bids for #2 heating fuel supply, not to exceed 10% biofuel, to municipal buildings for the upcoming winter, estimated volume 18,400 gallons. The contract for the desired item(s) will be awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest, all-inclusive price per gallon, delivered to the specified buildings. The bid packet is available on the Town of Douglas website at www.douglas-ma.gov and must be submitted to the Town Administrator’s Office, 29 Depot Street Douglas, MA 01516 no later than 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
