09/10/25 – Request for Proposals (“RFP”) No. NHRLF 2025-013

MARKETING AND MEDIA SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, as amended, (hereinafter “HRS”), the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter “OHA”), will be accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to develop a statewide marketing campaign, create accompanying marketing materials, and provide media buying services to support the program in increasing its loan disbursements.

Proposals shall be submitted to the HIePRO website by 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time (hereinafter “HST”), Monday, October 13, 2025 Monday, October 20, 2025 .
