Description

The City of Oakland (City), Public Works Department (OPW) and Department of Transportation Department (OakDOT) manage a variety of positions that require a commercial driver’s license: both Class A and Class B licenses. An established City of Oakland collective bargaining agreement mandates that OPW provide training to qualified City employees (a minimum of 12 participants and a maximum of 25 participants) every two years. OPW seeks one qualified consultant to provide these training services.
