NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the DuPage County Police Records
Management System 25-064-SHF on or before October 30, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including
specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at DemandStar. All
Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.
Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.STATEMENT OF WORK
BID EVENT ACTIVITYDuPage County (“County”) Sheriff’s Office provides twenty-four (24) hour comprehensive healthcare services for newly detained and currently confined adult detainees. The County seeks a qualified, supplemental medical staffing provider to deliver intake evaluation, sick call, on-site care, medical care, behavioral health, nursing, and dental for detainees.
