Beitel Creek Greenway (Perrin Homestead to Thousand Oaks)

The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Beitel Creek Greenway (Perrin Homestead to Thousand Oaks) project.

Scope: This project involves the expansion of a 1.92 mile long, 10-foot-wide concrete hike/ bike trail with construction of eleven low-water crossings, installation of multi-span pedestrian bridge, traffic control plan, bump outs with enhanced boulders, demolition and installation of fencing/guardrails, installation of mile markers and landscaping
