Description: NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed Bids for Contracts 2026 Street Resurfacing will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid Documents will be available beginning Wednesday June 10, 2026 at www.mcclurevision.com under “Bidding Documents.” MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Highway - Construction for the project with an estimated value of $860,924.00 will be required. Project includes prevailing wage rates. Bid deposit and Payment & Performance bonds are required. This is a City funded project. The City of Northampton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
