Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to procure the Cablecast VIO2 OMNI System and Services because it is the only known solution that provides a fully unified environment for automation, live stream routing, scheduling, channel branding, on demand content delivery, and seamless integration with existing studio workflows. Cablecast additionally offers integrated broadcast playout, file-based workflow automation, compatibility with existing County systems, and customized applications for smart televisions, mobile devices, and tablets. No other known system combines all of these capabilities into a single, cohesive platform necessary to meet the following operational requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/bids.
Contractors who are able and interested in providing all the identified parts, goods and services must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge to the intended solution. Challenges to this procurement must be received no later than the specified Close Date of this Special notice and must be submitted using the “submission” section in EUNA Procurement for this particular procurement. Absent any challenges, an award will likely be made after the Close Date.
The County will review properly submitted challenges (responses) to determine whether bona fide competition exists. Any such responses received by the deadline will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement as a competitive solicitation for other solutions.
