Notes	The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified contractors to install security fencing surrounding the State and Mortenson (SAM) elevated water tank and associated pump station for the Water & Pollution Control Department. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalitites, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
