Campus wide Renovation to include but not limited to a complete interior renovation of the existing campus to include replacement of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, removal and replacement of fire alarm system, remove and replace kitchen cooler/freezer, administrative security and lobby enhancements, new technology infrastructure, LED lighting, new ceilings, flooring, painting, new exterior doors, windows and hardware, and sitework as needed.

Core facilities for 582 student stations. Campus consists of two (2) classroom buildings totaling 74,879 sf. Main building built in 1974 contains 61,927 sf and other classroom building built in 1989 is 12,942 sf.
