RFB 23-24-61 Riggin Avenue Widening (Kelsey - Shirk) Project Deadline: 02/20/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is soliciting bids from contractors to furnish materials, supplies, equipment and labor to perform the work as specified in the approved Plans, the Standard Specifications, the Construction Specifications and other Contract Documents for the Riggin Avenue Widening Project (Kelsey-Shirk). This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number: 07-79-07850, Awarded to City of Visalia by the Economic Development Administration (EDA). All federal procurement requirements provided in Uniform Guidance 2 CFR Part 200 shall be in effect 2 CFR 200 shall be in effect: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-2/subtitle-A/chapter-II/part-200?toc=1As this project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration it is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
