Description: Request for Proposals for Professional Services ELENA-BLANCA PRESSURE ZONE CONSOLIDATION DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION The City of Morro Bay (City) is requesting technical and cost proposals from qualified firms, consultants, or individuals for design services for the Elena-Blanca Pressure Zone Consolidation Project and associated Engineering Services During Construction (ESDC) as part of the City water system infrastructure upgrades outlined in the OneWater Plan. The Consultant shall be responsible for preparing an effective, clear, and concise proposal.
