Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Special Requirements: The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended, through QuestCDN. The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through QuestCDN. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. Miscellaneous: Work shall consist of unclassified, waster, and borrow excavation; removal of storm sewer pipes; sanitary sewer; watermain; storm sewer, curb and gutter; asphalt pavement; street lights, and related items. See Special Provisions for interim completion dates. Substantial completion dates: 11/14/25 for Units 1, 2, 3 and 7/2/26 for Units 4, 5 Final completion date: 7/31/26
