Overview

Summary

The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified firms for herbicide application services on roadsides, sidewalks, and ACHD-owned pond/basin locations. Initial roadside applications, including treatment of approximately 2.1 million square feet at 53 pond/basin sites, must be completed between January 1 and March 15, 2026. Sidewalk herbicide applications must occur between May 18 and July 18, 2026. Additional spraying will continue through September 30, 2026; liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will be assessed for failure to meet specified deadlines.
