2025 Street Resurfacing Project

This Project includes construction of concrete curb and valley gutter, asphalt concrete (AC), pavement cold planing, hot mix asphalt (HMA) and rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA-G) overlay and mill & fill, AC digout repairs, crack sealing, micro-surfacing, signing, striping, pavement markings, markers, and other incidental work described in the bid documents, including traffic control, water pollution control, adjusting surface facility covers, including manholes, valves, pull boxes, and monuments, installing monument box over survey iron pipe.  Base bid work shall be completed within 110 Calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.

Prebid Meeting: February 25, 2025 at 2:00pm, Public Works Corporation Yard, 1320 La Honda, Hillsborough, CA 94010. Pre-Bid Meeting Presentation

Bids Due: March 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm to Town of Hillsborough City Hall located at 1600 Floribunda Ave, Hillsborough, CA 94010.

Engineering Estimate:$2,300,000 (Base Bid)
