The work to be performed is for the construction necessary for the installation of median fencing along Boulder Highway from Nellis Boulevard to Tropicana Avenue including installing a 72-inch chain-link fence, including posts, double bracing, footings, grounding, retro-reflective sheeting, and permanent "No Pedestrian Crossing" signs mounted to the fence. The work also consists of landscaping and irrigation restoration, traffic control, dust control, and quality control.
