Notice To Bidders

The Town of Colonie (“Town”) invites submissions for the following:

Request for Qualifications: Management Information Systems Department Consultant

Sealed submissions will be received at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham,

NY 12110 until January 20, 2026 10:00 AM local time. At that time and place all submissions

will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Beginning on December 15, 2025, the solicitation documents for this matter will be on file and

publicly exhibited at the Office of Purchasing, 534 New Loudon Road, Memorial Town Hall,

Latham, NY 12110. Copies of said documents may be obtained at that address. Complete

documents may also be available for download from the Empire State Purchasing Group’s web

site at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york.

The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all

submitted submissions.
