The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period, with an option to extend two (2), one-year periods. The total contract value is estimated to be $250,000.00 inclusive of any optional years if exercised. There will be no guaranteed amount or duration, that will be issued each year. Please see the RFQ Bid Packet document for item specifications and other important information. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request for Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
