The City of Charlottesville is seeking a qualified bidder to provide comprehensive, professional deep-cleaning services for its transit fleet, which includes buses and support vehicles. Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) operates a busy fleet of transit buses and support vehicles that experience heavy daily use, long service hours, and a wide range of environmental conditions. As a result, vehicles accumulate dirt, debris, odors, and wear that require regular deep cleaning to ensure a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for both passengers and drivers.

Previous challenges have included performing deep cleanings while balancing service schedules, maintaining consistent cleaning quality across a diverse fleet, and ensuring the use of environmentally responsible products.
