DHS is through its Disability Services Division (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders who are providers offering early intensive developmental and behavioral intervention (EIDBI) services to rural communities. Funding under this RFP will provide emergency relief grants to financially distressed EIDBI organizations

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two (2) years, from January 2, 2025, until December 31, 2026. If additional funding becomes available, the STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
