TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:

The following question was submitted by a potential bidder. Our answer is listed below

in red:

Q. The RFP request pricing for Professional services for Arista, Palo Alto and

Juniper. Can we request further clarification on the type of professional services

being requested. Is this consulting, installation, etc?

A. The professional services requested include end-to-end implementation

services, specifically:

• Design & Architecture – solution design aligned to requirements and best

practices for Arista, Palo Alto, and Juniper

• Configuration & Installation – hardware and software installation, initial

configuration, and validation

• Migration Services – migration from existing environments, including planning,

cutover, and testing

• Training & Knowledge Transfer – administrator and operational training for the

deployed solutions

These services are expected to cover the full lifecycle from design through deployment

and handoff, and should be reflected in the vendor’s professional services pricing.
