Summary Details Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”) invites expressions of interest from commercial property owners interested in providing the office or retail premise requirements for the Tri-Cites Mental Health Substance Use (MHSU) Program (the “ Project ”).  The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“ RFEI ”) is to select a respondent (“ Respondent ”) to enter into negotiations for a lease(s) or purchase of the Project premises.
