Description: GENERAL INFORMATION The Town of Johnstown (the “Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop a comprehensive Public Art Master Plan that reflects our community’s values and history, fosters creative expression, enhances public spaces, and provides a strategic framework for future investments in public art. This Public Art Master Plan will guide the development, integration, and management of public art in the Town for the next 10 years, serving as a roadmap to enrich community identity, economic vitality, and cultural expression. ANTICIPATED TIMELINE RFP Released:                                          June 20, 2025 Deadline for Written Questions:                July 7, 2025 Town Response to Questions:                  July 11, 2025 Proposals Due:                                         July 23, 2025 Interviews (if needed):                              Week of August 4, 2025 Award                                                        August 18, 2025 (anticipated) The Town reserves the right to adjust the timeline as necessary. Publication Date/Time: 6/20/2025 12:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 7/23/2025 5:00 PM Submittal Information: mmccoy@johnstownco.gov Addendum Date/Time: 3:00 P.M. local time, Monday, July 7, 2025 Contact Person: Deputy Town Manager, Mitzi McCoy, mmccoy@johnstownco.gov Special Requirements: Proposals may be submitted in a single PDF file no larger than 30 MB and emailed to mmccoy@johnstownco.gov. If electing to submit hard copy proposals instead, deliver seven (7) hard copies and one (1) digital copy to the Town of Johnstown, Attn: Deputy Town Manager, 450 S. Parish, Johnstown, Colorado 80534, or mail to P.O. Box 609, Johnstown, CO 80534. Please allow additional time if mailing proposals to the P.O. Box. If necessary, interpretation of, or changes to, this RFP will be made by written addendum. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to Mitzi McCoy at mmccoy@johnstownco.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, Monday, July 7, 2025. Questions received after this deadline will not be answered. Answers to questions submitted on time will be released as an addendum to the original RFP by July 11, 2025.
