Summary

The District is seeking qualified security service providers to deliver reliable, professional mobile patrol and on-call security services across approximately 15 facilities. Background

The District is a large public school system located in the northwest Phoenix metropolitan area, serving communities across approximately 25 square miles. The District operates over 15 sites, including elementary and middle schools, along with support facilities and administrative sites. This wide geographic footprint, combined with continued growth in the region, creates a dynamic environment where maintaining safe and secure campuses is a critical priority.

Due to the size and distribution of District facilities, maintaining consistent and reliable after-hours security presents several challenges. These include ensuring all sites are regularly monitored, responding promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating access for approved vendors performing work outside of normal hours, and deterring trespassing, vandalism, and unauthorized use of District property. Many sites are located in rapidly developing areas, which can increase the need for visible patrol presence and proactive security measures.
