RFP - Illuminated Holiday Decorations

The City of Coolidge will accept competitive sealed proposals for the purchase of approximately 90 Illuminated holiday Light Decorations to go on our street light poles, at the address or physical location until the date and time detailed below. Proposals shall be delivered to the location listed below and shall be in the actual possession of the City on or prior to the exact date and time indicated below. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package with “Coolidge Holiday Decorations” and the Offeror’s name and address clearly indicated on the front of the package. All proposals shall be completed in ink or typewritten. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire Request for Proposal.
