Description: The successful bidder shall have on staff a registered Certified Tree Expert (CTE), and shall be completely knowledgeable in the techniques and use of equipment for safe and efficient tree removal and tree trimming. The successful bidder shall be the sole contractor to perform this work. No sub-contracting of this work will be permitted.
