Amendment of Solicitation 2

To allow vendors time and opportunity to submit a bid, RFQ 3491 for GREC Unit 3 Stack Expansion Joint Repairs will be extended to Friday, March 6, 2026 at 2:00pm Central Time.

A Non-Mandatory Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 2, 2026 at 10:00am Central Time–LOCATION: Grand River Energy Center–TSE Building–8142 Hwy 412B Chouteau, OK 74337. Please proceed to check in at the South Gate Entrance. Procurement Officer will meet attendees at the South Gate Entrance and escort attendees to the TSE Building. Please wear appropriate PPE i.e. FR clothing, Safety Toe Shoes/Boots, Ear Protection, and Hard Hats. A Sign-in sheet will be provided and Required.

Q&A will be extended to Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 2:00pm Central Time. Questions will NOT be accepted after that date and time.
