The purpose of this solicitation JEA Commonwealth
Service Center (CWSC) Dock Leveler Replacement (this “Solicitation”) is to
evaluate and select a vendor to replace 10 existing dock levelers at the
Commonwealth Service Center, located at 6674 Commonwealth Ave, Jacksonville,
Florida 32254 and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with
regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
