Description: The Quinault Housing Authority is seeking a qualified general contractor to construct 6 – 2 bedroom Single Family Homes East of Kla Ook Wa Drive (known as NE Neighborhood), Taholah WA 98587 using Indian Community Development (ICDBG) funds. Contractor to provide all time, labor, materials, supplies & equipment to complete 6 single family homes, including site work, foundation, framing, drywall, roofing, finish work, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utilities (from access point to home), ditch culvert, driveway and landscaping. Bids to include all contractor’s fees, profit and overhead.
