REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

PREFABRICATED PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AND RETAINING WALL SYSTEM

The Bryan County Engineering Department is requesting a statement of qualifications from manufacturers of a prefabricated pedestrian bridge and retaining wall system.

Statements of Qualifications will be received electronically by Thomas & Hutton on behalf of Bryan County Engineering Department until 2:00 p.m. on March 13, 2025.

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all RFQ responses, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional RFQ documents and to reject the RFQ of any Manufacturer if Owner believes it would not be in the best interest of the Project, whether because the RFQ is not responsive or the Manufacturer is unqualified or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.

All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer by Tuesday, March 4 ^th , 2025, at 5 PM.  An addendum addressing all questions and comments received by the question deadline will be issued via electronic mail by the end of business on Thursday, March 6 ^th , 2025.
