Notes	Sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2025-030 (Contract MCR1-C027) for the Johnson County Wastewater (JCW) Mill Creek Influent Pump Station Improvements. The Work consists of the following: Project improvements include bar screen replacement; washer compactor replacement; screenings conveyance system replacement; dry weather pumps replacement; suction and discharge piping modifications; wet well modifications; slide gates replacement; installation of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) modifications; associated electrical improvements; classified space interior building modifications; site work; and other associated work. These improvements are recommended to address reduced pumping capacity, increased flow to the mechanical treatment facility system, and NFPA 820 compliance requirements. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00PM CT on August 19, 2025, at the Okun Fieldhouse 1, 20200 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas 66218. A Mandatory Site Visit will follow at Mill Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility at 20001 W 47th Street, Shawnee, KS 66218. BID BOND: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. All bids shall be submitted electronically on IonWave.
