RFB 24-25-51 Supply & Deliver New Weapon Mounted Optics & Lights Deadline: 05/06/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of new weapon mounted optics and lights for the Visalia Police Department. It is the City’s intent to purchase one hundred eighty (180) ROMEO5 GEN II ELITE weapon mounted optics and one hundred forty-two (142) STREAMLIGHT PROTAC RAIL MOUNT 2 weapon mounted flashlights. This solicitation for bid includes two (2) options: Option 1, Supply & Deliver New Weapon Mounted Optics and Option 2, Supply & Deliver New Weapon Mounted Lights as specified in the RFB. Prospective bidders may bid on one or both options, but are not required to bid on both options. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by 2023-2024 Citizens Option for Public Safety (COPS) program funds awarded to the City of Visalia by the State of California. The City has budgeted approximately $72,000 for this project. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease actual quantities of product ordered at the stated unit cost as grant funding allows.
