The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified and licensed General Contractors to perform repairs and functional upgrades to Building #7, located within the District Headquarters compound. This project will involve comprehensive interior renovations, code compliance updates, and infrastructure improvements aimed at restoring the building’s integrity and enhancing its operational functionality. The estimate budget is $120,000.
