At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud. Bidders need not be present at bid opening. Proposals must arrive on time and in a sealed envelope marked “2026 Brandon Class 3 Paving Bid” to be considered. No bid may be withdrawn for 30 days after opening. Special Instructions: SCOPE OF WORK (See maps and Lat/Long provided. Emulsion to be sprayed 0.025 to 0.3 gallons per square yard. ¾” depth shim of ?” material and 1¼” top coat of ½” material.
