    • Moved permits section (pages P-1 to P-40) after the Structure PSP section to match the table of
    contents order.
    • Revised Structure PSP section to include a special provision for Construction, Maintenance and
    Removal of Temporary Access at Station 14+85.5.
    • Revised proposal item sheets to include the following:
    Line Item 106 - 8860000000-N Generic Structure Item Construction, Maintenance and Removal
    of Temporary Access at Station 14+85.5 Lump Sum.
    • Replaced the DM00426 Proposal document on the Division 13 Letting page with the revised
    proposal document DM00426 Proposal_Addendum 1.
    Plan Changes:
    • Revised plan sheet EC-06/CONST. 04 indicating the location of the temporary access at the new
    structure.
    • Replaced DM00426 Plans file on the Division 13 Letting page with the revised plan file
    DM00426 Plans_Revision 1.
    Electronic Bidding File:
    • Added the electronic bidding file (DM00426.001x) to the Bid Express online bidding
    page and to the Division 13 Letting page.
