Wayand Middle School Ceiling Tile Project

The Town of Wayland invites sealed bids for the proposals from responsive and responsible consultants for the Wayland Middle School Ceiling Tile Abatement and Replacement Project at the Wayland Middle School, located at 201 Main Street, Wayland. All IFB documents will be available starting Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 12PM ET by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids . Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with MGL Chapter 149. Proposals must be submitted to the Town Manager’s Office, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 before Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 12PM ET. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 9:00AM at the Wayland Middle School (201 Main Street, Wayland). Pre-registration is required; please contact Abby Shute at ashute@wayland.ma.us to pre-register. Additional information can be found in the complete IFB. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
