Description: CITY OF SALEM, VA INVITATION TO BID # 2025-025 ADA Concrete Handicap Ramp Installation The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for all labor, materials, and equipment needed for ADA concrete handicap ramp installation, in accordance with Invitation to Bid (ITB) # 2025-025. Sealed Bids must be received by hand delivery, mail or electronic submission through eVA by 2:00 PM ET, on Thursday, May 22, 2025. If hand delivering or mailing a sealed bid response, the bid package must be received by Michelle Braxton of the City of Salem Purchasing Department, 114 North Broad Street, Salem , VA 24153, at or before the stated bid due date and time.
