NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the work shown on the plans entitled:

PROJECT NUMBER 2522

RICHLAND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT will be received at the Office of the City Engineer of the City of Ceres, 2220 Magnolia Street Ceres, California, until 2:00 PM on JUNE 25, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened, read, and recorded.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, removing and constructing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and ADA ramps along Richland Avenue, north of E. Hatch Road.

Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Drawings and Technical Specifications Plans, City of Ceres Standard Specifications and Typical Details, and the Special Conditions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

The project is located on Richland Avenue, north of E. Hatch Road.  Bids are required for the entire work described herein.

Engineer's Estimate: $400,000 - $600,000
