Description:	The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Bureau of Air Quality, requires upgrading to the electric service powering a DEP air monitoring station located at the following location: 1436 Ward Trucking Dr. Altoona Pa.16602(rear of Ward Truck terminal) (“station” or “site”). ******* 1) Any questions regarding the technical aspects of the Specifications should be directed to Carl Shaver at (717) 439-6981 or via e-mail at cshaver@pa.gov. 2) Bidding procedure questions should be directed to Angel Mercado email angmercado@pa.gov BID SUBMISSION: a.
