ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at Headwaters Complex

Conference Room, North Idaho College Facility Operations, 701 River Avenue, Coeur d’Alene, ID

83814 until 11:00 A.M. Pacific time, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 for DPW Project 24176 Lakeside

Stage-REBID, North Idaho College, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include : A new building addition to the existing

Lakeside building on the North Idaho College Campus. The addition is for a new classroom space with a new

adjacent exterior stage. Some selective demolition and remodeling of the existing building will occur to

accommodate the new addition and address accessibility to the space. New structural, mechanical,

plumbing, and electrical work is a part of the scope of this addition as delineated within the contract

documents.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on February 23rd, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing pacific time,

at the Headwaters Complex Conference Room, North Idaho College Facility Operations, 701 River

Avenue, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed general contractors

and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the H2A Architects for a refundable deposit

of $375. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
