Project Description: [UPCOMING JANUARY 2026] NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a proposal for the development and implementation of an updated Language Assistance Plan to assist with removing language barriers so LEP individuals can understand and navigate MTC’s programs and activities on an equal basis. The plan will outline clear procedures, responsibilities, and resources for providing language services at all key points of public contact. See the "Notice of Upcoming Procurement" in the "Files" section of this posting for more information. All dates are preliminary and will be updated when procurement is finalized.
