Description: Request for Proposals # 27045 Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Testing Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, the City of Gloucester seeks proposals, RFP #27045, for Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Testing services from a qualified contractor to implement the receiving water, biological and toxic control monitoring as mandated in the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit. The RFP package will be available on Mon., Aug. 10, 2026 at bidnet direct.
