INVITATION TO BID


The City of West Richland will receive sealed bids for the WELL NO. 12R IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT PHASE 1 - WELL DRILLING at the Municipal Services Facility, 3100 Belmont Blvd, West Richland, Washington, 99353 until T uesday, March 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m .  Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

This project consists of drilling a 750-foot deep, 16-inch diameter municipal drinking water well, installing casing, and grout surface seal in accordance with these special provisions, technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in surety bond, cash, certified check, or cashier’s check, surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of West Richland.

Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by the City of West Richland will be accepted. The City of West Richland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, to accept any bid deemed to be responsive in the best interest of the City of West Richland and reserves the right to readvertise for new proposals.
