Description: Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will accept sealed bids for the following improvements in the City of Joplin, Missouri: ZORA STREET WIDENING DUQUESNE ROAD TO MO 249 Project generally consists of roadway widening of Zora Street from Duquesne Road to Missouri Highway 249. Project also includes, but not limited to, new pavement, curb and gutter, roadway widening, storm sewer improvements, pavement markings, erosion control, traffic control, and other appurtenances required for a complete project. Approximate Base Bid quantities: 7800 tons of asphalt base, 1700 tons asphalt surface, 2000 linear feet of curbing, 1,000 linear feet of storm pipe and reinforced box culverts.
