GENERAL The TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE desires the auditor to express an opinion on the Township’s Revenue collec??on in conformity with generally accepted accoun??ng principles. The audit shall include an examina??on of all funds, including bonds and notes, of the Township by cer??fied public accountants duly authorized to prac??ce as such in the State of New Jersey. Any ques??ons, which in the opinion of the Township warrant a return reply or an amendment to the RFP, will be furnished to all par??es no less than three (3) days prior to receipt of Proposals. The respondents can and shall be provided with relevant Township documents in digital format for audit purposes. Furthermore, the Township has the capability to provide as-needed read-only access to its accoun??ng so??ware, MSI, for review of purchase orders and a??achments.
