The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (MDMA) intends on purchasing one M-4-SNE10502-0 SNE Network Engine from Johnson Controls Inc.
MDMA has determined that Johnson Controls Inc. is the only vendor that can provide the M4-SNE10502 Network Engine to be compatible with the current HVAC System in place.
This is deemed a single source purchase .
