All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be directed to JenLam, Project Manager, Clean Water Program, at jlam@cityofsanmateo.org by the date and timespecified in Section II.B. The RFQ is available for viewing online athttp://www.cityofsanmateo.org/bids.aspx.Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) shall be submitted by firms that have a capable and demonstrablebackground in the type of work described in this RFQ and Attachment A, “GENERAL SCOPE OFSERVICES,” of this notice. In addition, all interested firms shall have sufficient, readily availableresources in the form of trained personnel, support services, safety protocols, specialized Consultants,specialized field equipment, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay orshortcomings. Services required by this request for qualifications shall be performed under theresponsible charge of a Construction Manager with a minimum of 10 years of applicable experienceand who is a licensed California Professional Engineer.Respondent shall submit a ready-for-print PDF of the SOQ via email to the City’s Project Manager nolater than:2:00 p.m. PST on June 18, 2026The email’s subject line shall be titled:SUBJECT: SOQ Submittal - Consulting Services for As-Needed WWTP Construction ManagementServicesThe body of the email submittal shall include the Respondent’s name, contact information, RFQ Titleand City Job Number.
