REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #025-005

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES

The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Proposals to establish two (2) Contracts with two (2) qualified and experienced Contractors to provide photography and videography services, on an as needed basis through Task Orders initiated by Virginia Railway Express.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Offerors will be held on June 4, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. ET. Offerors interested in participating in the pre-proposal meeting virtually can join using Microsoft Teams .

Any changes to the solicitation as a result of the pre-proposal meeting will be issued through a written addendum to this Request for Proposals.

Proposals are due July 9, 2025 by 2:00 P.M. ET.
