This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice.
The Department of Veterans Affairs has a Brand Name Requirement for the provision and installation of the following accessibility equipment on agricultural equipment belonging to a Veteran Beneficiary enrolled in the Vocational Rehabiliation & Education Program:
1 JB; Life Essentials (LifeLyfts) Agricultural Pilot/Post Lift and Wireless Ag Cameras
1 JB; Life Essentials (LifeLyfts) Frame Mounted Running Board Lift for Full-Sized Trucks
Requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
